     We all know that our values came from other  countries who colonized our country from the past century. We can say that our values as Filipinos is highly distinguished from others because it was influenced and develop from the culture, traditions, values and ideals of the foreign countries that colonized us before whom we embrace and keep practicing up until today generations. Since back then, our country the Philippines was colonized and being attacked by Spaniards, Japanese, and Americans we were able to adopt and influence some of their values, traditions and culture.    Now, in the Philippines, we can observe that we live by a wide range of diverse values since our country Philippines is an archipelago of 7,641 islands that are categorized broadly under the three main geographical divisions from north to south: LUZON which is the northern region, VISAYAS which is the central region and MINDANAO, the southern region.     As a Filipino, having a patriotism and nationalism is essential since it play a significant role in our country and in our lives. One person must possess these to showcase our gratitude and affections towards our country.
